Hi, my name is Sonya. I’m a portrait photographer— and yoga teacher, for full disclosure! I’m from the US and now happily call Siem Reap home. I fell in love with this chill, charming town after coming here for what was supposed to be a month. (Watch out; it could happen to you!)
As an avid traveler myself, I love connecting with other travelers and helping them discover what makes Siem Reap special. I’ve combined this with my photography services to create Siem Reap & Angkor Wat Photoshoots. More than just photoshoots, they’re also an experience of discovery.
The city of Siem Reap is the gateway to the spectacular temples of Angkor Wat, but it also has so many more gems to discover within the city itself. I offer photoshoot packages both at Angkor Wat and in Siem Reap city.
These packages are designed for you if you appreciate beauty, style and great vibes, enjoy discovering hidden gems in a new place, and would love a personal photographer to get some great photos of you while you’re here. Editorial, storytelling-style photos that capture emotion and draw the viewer into the scene.

These photoshoots are about capturing amazing photos of you at a uniquely beautiful place in the city of Siem Reap. We’ll choose the locations that best suit you and your style. I’ll offer posing guidance during the shoot and help you feel at ease in front of the camera.
Areas explored: Multiple options available; tuk-tuk transportation included from meeting point
Duration: 1 1/2 – 2 hours
Receive: 25 professionally edited images
Cost: $150 for 1 person; +$50 for each additional

$95 for 1 person; +$30 each additional
45 minute photoshoot, 10 professionally edited images
Be transformed with traditional Khmer dress into your choice of an apsara (heavenly dancer), the mythical Neang Neak, or the legendary royals King Jayavarman VII or Queen Indradevi. Or choose to be dressed in the attire of the Chenla or Longvek eras. Available for men, women, couples and families. Once the transformation is complete, we’ll visit Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm or Bayon for your photoshoot. A temple pass is required and is not included in the package.
Areas explored: Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm or Bayon. Add a 2nd temple for +$40.
Duration: 2-4 hours
Receive: 15-20 professionally edited images
Cost: from $195 per person, $220 per couple (includes outfit rental; some packages also include hair & makeup)
